Forks, Folders, Fonts: my First Project and Post

I set up this blog today, I have no idea what would compel anyone to read this, but welcome anyways.

This is a ring. It was a fork. I bent it around itself and spent an asinine amount of time polishing and prettying up the old fork. I have no idea if it will fit anyone. It doesn’t fit me, with my large male hands, and it doesn’t fit Mrs. Widman’s  small art hands, so I figure the middle-ground of  average female hands fits into that range.

This blog is mandatory, and so is the Times New Roman font, but I will still use the chance to spend the time I should spend working typing about whatever crosses my mind, like the fact that chocolate is, in fact, delicious; or whether or not I used the semicolon correctly. Fortunately, no one could possibly know the correct use to correct me. I look foreward to making a variety of items out of metal, and writing long and largely-unrelated blog posts with pictures of them at the top.

On a much more disturbing note, the camera I borrowed to take the picture had an SD card with 5 gigs taken up, and a folder named “private” in it. I dare not think what is in that folder, but I’m sure that over the coming days, weeks, and years, I will be haunted by what might be in there. Even worse than the terrifying prospect of what might be in there is what probably is in there. It will haunt my -and I hope your- dreams for the rest of my life.

Isn’t art fun?
